it was the portuguese first nacional park created during fascism it ruled marcelo caetano. divided between minho e tras-os-montes(barroso), borders galicia line and its a favourite portuguese and foreigner place for contact with nature. i´ve being there for many years with faoj in a working camp
with portuguese from across the country and folks from many parts of the world, we listened to radio, we didn´t watch tv, during weekends lots of turists all around, walking in the mountain, taking bath in the rivers, fraternizing witout prejudices
